Garlic
is an age old
medicine
that can cure and prevent most of the disease. Garlic has a high source of calcium, phosphorus, iron, minerals, essential vitamins, iodine, chlorine etc. Garlic has an antibiotic property that could destroy several germs in the respiratory track and chest. But unlike other antibiotic drugs, garlic does not lower the body resistance by destroying the antibodies in the body. Instead it strengthens them to attack the invading germs with its rich supply of vitamins.
HEART DISEASE AND ARTHRITIS: Garlic lowers the cholesterol level in the blood. It also lowers the high blood pressure due to its hypotensive properties. It gives strength to the heart and heart muscles by improving the blood circulation
Since the functions of heart and lungs are interconnected, a daily
intake
of at least one
clove
of garlic
prevents
and cures any lung and heart disease.

DIGESTIVE
SYSTEM: Anything from bad breath, swallowing difficulty to bad breath to regular bowel movements – garlic prevents almost all digestive disorders. It expels worms and improves digestion. It is a good tonic for stomach and intestine.
