There are verious medicines available to reduce body fat. All medicines have its side effect even exercise has also side effect .There are various techniques are popular to reduce body fat. In my observation, All are ineffective for long period .Some suggetions which were effective to reduce fat are given below.
Avoid eat bad fat(ghee, dalda,refine ,pam oil,etc)
Avoid eat trans fat( any oil which were repeated heated/aoid same oil used to fry reaptedily)
Avoid over eating habit.
Avoid the fat which freeze in cold or become viscus in cold.
Aviod junk food.
Keep 3.5 hrs gap in one meal/breakfast to another.
Use good fat(mustered oil, jaituns oil) This technique redused my weight significantly,You may try to use and get benefited.this techniques certainly made you light and smart.
