Many thanks to my husband that saved my life that never gived up to say that I need to walk to have better metabolism. Now I do it everyday with smiles and I feel better.

Many years ago I was so weaked, my face was pale and getting tired so esaly, although I was 25 years old, until one day I can''t followed hikking in the forest that is my favorite activitiy, to see nature and to feel fresh atmosphere. The reason is ''Because I couldn''t walk so many hours''. I was crying all the day and because of me my husband had canceled his partisipation. It was very good moment for us BUT we lost it BECAUSE OF ME.

Yes, I judged myself because I was lazy to make trainee, that it is so easy to do it.
After that happens I started to make exercise, ''JUST WALKING EVERYDAY FOR A HOUR''
Easy? YES but NOT EASY to begin, I can keep my weight normal, my skin smooter, away a stress, better health conditions and sure I can doing my favorite hikking without pressure.
I recomended you to do it just for 10 minutes for the beginning for a week, after that do it for 15 minutes and continue until you can do it for a hour everyday, depend for your condition, NEVER DO IT WITH PRESSURE, do it with smiles and you will get the result.

Walking is not medicine, it is just one simple actions that help you to have better metabolism, to help you make your diet more success.
It is the CHEAPEST ways to make sport and sure GOOD result.
