out to him or her. Now comes the last word. They have helped him to this point of
recovery but can do no more. From here on out it will medication maintainence. While this may offer some relief from resulting chronic pain, it may not be the answer one looks for.
Men and women of
medicine have made great strides in helping patients achieve full recovery. However almost as many only reach a certain plateau and must live with it. Knowing there are limits to one''s physical capabilities either encourages them to try harder and get even more strong or lend cause for slight to moderate depression.
The younger the male or female is the determining factor. Although told they will not walk again, many have. What drives them is that emotional challege inside them. Those fifty and over though find it more demanding on thier bodies.
The only limits one has is what thier bodies tell them. Just saying it I can do it does not always mean they can. Those opposing the use of prostethics or medicine find they are a necessary part of thier lives now. Usually most limits can be passed. When they can not it is time to accept it.
