tracks WASHINGTON, Pa., Jan. 26 (UPI) -- An unconscious Washington, Pa. mom and her baby
were found by police in a car with two flat tires
parked over rail road tracks, officials said

The baby was
reportedly buckled into her car seat improperly.
"She and the small child were brought back to our station and the female became combative and tried to damage our vehicle," Sgt. David Richards told reporters.
Young, who was taken to the Washington County Jail, has reportedly been charged with criminal trespass, endangering the welfare of a child and resisting arrest.
