This bit of information on how to exercise without exercising in its literal sense is a marvelous dose for people who are always guilty for the lack of time and thus unable to exercise. What’s more this article is based on the research done in U.K. on thirty sedentary adults. The best part of the research was the result which saw a wide range of positive effects, starting from reducing of waist and hips to decrease in weight and blood pressure.

A little bit of changes and variation in ones daily routine can help a lot in increasing the amount of exercise in ones life. It will be beneficial to all to become a healthy , active and better you. For instance instead of sending your kid to play alone in the backyard accompany him and join in the game. Walk to the mall or market place to buy things such as fruits, green groceries etc. Use the stairs instead of the lift in your apartment or office. After every thirty Minutes getting up from your seat to streach a bit a walk a little also increases the exercise level.
Taking your pet out and walking and running with it helps in smooth working of joints and limbs. Small amusements like dancing with your partner and pillow fighting with your children can be great . Exercising in this way will not only help in reducing body fat and get you in shape but your family life will also experience an upliftment. Mentally a person feels more relaxed after sweating a bit with his or her family. For this if a little change in your way of working is needed then there is no harm.

As Robyn Stuhr of the American council on exercise says, “a little exercise is good , more is better and anything is better than nothing.” So just pull your socks and get exercising and don’t you say, ‘NO TIME TO WORK OUT’
