This week I received my copy of Ultimate Healing by Bottom Line Publications. Silly me, will I never learn? The infocommerical for the book was endorsed by no other than Hugh Downs. Yes, the highly respected Hugh Downs of national newscaster fame. I am very disappointed in his decision to endorse this book. I am also disappointed with myself, for wasting good money on such a shallow book.
I got caught up in the T.V. hype, on the late night infocommerical. Well, that is pretty much what you get, the hype. I found the book to be based on common sense health issues that we have all heard on CNN News,or read in practically any family magazine available to the general public. There seems to be no indepth or secret information on health issues. The book is very simplistic; seemly, to have been thrown together in a haphazard manner, with a very confusing index. My advice on this book is to keep your money, and do your serious research online. Use caution online. There are some highly qualified health/medicine sites, but as we know, there are always the "rotten apples" sites.
