Stop aging     Aging is a natural process and while all of
us accept it we do so grudgingly.so listen to some quick eat-right plan to help you to look and feel youthful.the next time you see another wrinkle and fear fear your right years are slipping awaystop right there. And take a honest look at your life style.
   Some points
 
Quit smoking—no need to advise anybody about the bad factors of smoking so simply  abstain from smoking for a good health.
 
Eat well—inspite of our best efforts we often compromise on eating well.but eating healthy needs very little effort.no need to sacrificeall that we love ,all it needs is balance.That means fresh fruits ,vegetables,and complex carbohydrates should ideally dominate our food.
 
Keep yourself  hydrated— start your day with aglass of water.with age we get more prone to dehydration.so  donot rely onyour thirst to drinkwaterand through the day you must drink minimum 2 litres of water .it helps to  be fresh and wrinkle free skin.
Start exercising now—exercise has a beneficial effect on body .It prevents weight gain,improve blood circulation,speed up metabolism, strenghthens bones and muscles  stabilizes blood sugar, and has a positive effect on the mind and body
 
Think young—try  and enjoy simple things in life,get amassage to ease your stress, get enough sleep  and begin each day with appositive chant –I’m young,I’m healthy,and I’m beautiful.
