In fact, we abuse ourselves by consuming these "dreaded" product without knowing the hazard that these product can deliver to us death, not just a one snap shot death but a chronic situation (e.g. cancer) that will eventually lead to death. we can counteract this by simply by applying the abc''s of life.    A-Allow your self to achieved good health by properly nourishing it with proper diet such as fruits and vegetables. Whole grain are good for people suffering from hypertension, migraine, arteriosclerosis and the like. Whole grain are rich in sterols which has a long acting effect on the body. Consume as much as 4kg. of fruits and vegetable in different variant. do not allow your self to sleep at night without taking a glass of milk for the nourishment of your bone. Eat more meat kids for the development of your muscles but eat meat just ones in awhile when your at the middle and final age.    B-Believe that "rest" is also best to achieve proper health. Sleep at least 8 hrs. a day to maintain the3 vitality of the cells. Studies shows that sleeping reduces the occurrence of disease specially those that are associated with respiratory and urogenital disease. Workaholic people must sleep at least 10hrs from the first up to the third quarter of the month they they quit from work. if they do so, the percentage for sterility is reduced and impotence as well.    C-Complete your day with a 45 mins. exercise for the betterment of the circulationn. A 20 mins stretching and 25 mins running or jogging can do a miracle. if you want to cut those flabbs of yours, try cycling,tennjis, aerobics and the likes of learn the arts of martial. Be fit start it now!  D- Don''t forget your check-ups E- Enhance your senses by giving your self a massage tret to  stimulate veins, arteries and capillaries for better blood circulation. F- Follow your physicians advised always because he?she knows better than you. G- Get to drink at least 8-10 glass of fresh, clean water daily. H- Have a time to attend forums or seminars regarding your health concern because knowledge is power! I- Initiate early morning walk with your family. J- Jump'' jump and jump to facilitate fast beat of the heart for sometime.K- Kiss once in a while. By simply giving a kiss you can loose a huge calorie.
