Every other day we hear about new observations regarding harmful food  items and good ones. It is known to all that
when grains are fine floured they lose a lot of vitamins and other good stuff. A recent study in the University of Sydney in Australia suggests that white bread may make a person susceptible to diabetes, heart disease and even cancer.
See how seemingly harmless things are causing headache. There are so many (like me) who has a white bread plus something breakfast almost every day. Now he whole breakfast needs correction that too immediately.
The University scientists evaluated 37 nutrition studies that involved nearly two million people across the world and analyzed the effects of eating bread and others with high glycemic index (GI).
The study has suggested that a high GI diet increased the risk of diabetes and heart disease. It is also connected with gall stones and certain types of cancer.  
So good bye to white bread. I Will eat  some harmless stuff.
The study has been  an eye opener.
