As we really start to enjoy our life around the
thirties or forties we simply forget about the fat that gets
accumulated in our system.
There is a comfortable job and there are fewer financial problems and we tend to overeat and enjoy by not exerting in any way. One’s waist line and body mass increase.
When they become too obvious only we become aware of the harm already done. But by then it has gone beyond our control!
And then we start a torturous regimen:
exercise, dieting and doing everything possible to get back the old shape. But the over enthusiasm stays only for a while and we return to our old ways. Even if we manage to lose some weight, it returns very fast.
The best thing is to see that our weight or waist line does not increase. In the beginning of the
thirties itself, we should start exercising and dieting.
‘Oh, I am like this due to my heredity not because I eat more—‘ these thoughts do not bear much truth. Eating more is the real reason for one’s overweight. Exercise can control it. But without food control, it is difficult to control body weight.
