Meditation, it sounds interesting but you know, it''s hard to do this thing. You need a lot of mental concentration when
doing this
routine. I''ve tried to meditate but I ended up having an upset stomach after doing it. And while i was doing it, my mind is aching and I think my conciousness was going on a strange dimension.
...But after it, although i my tummy felt bad, I can certainly say that
meditation is goodand relaxing. It really relieves stress and fatigue. I''ve already made it as a daily routine every morning and before sleeping.
