1.ALWAYS BE

7.DO NOT STUFF THE BELLY WITH FOOD.
8.REST FOR A WHILE AFTER MEALS.
9.DO NOT TAKE ANY FOOD WHILE SUFFERING FROM FEVER OR ANY OTHER AILMENT.
10.EAT ONLY ONE MEAL,OR TAKE ONLY FRUITS,ONE DAY EVERY WEEK.
RULES FOR THE SELECTION OF FOOD COMBINATIONS ARE GIVEN BELOW
1.CARBOHYDRATES SHOULD NEVER BE MIXED WITH SOUR FOODS.
2.LARGE AMOUNTS OF PROTEINS AND LARGE AMOUNTS OF CARBOHYDRATES SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN IN THE SAME MEAL.
3.LARGE AMOUNTS OF PROTEINS SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN SIMULTANEOUSLY WITH LARGE AMOUNTS OF FATS (e.g DAL AND GHEE).
4.PROTEINOUS FOOD SHOULD NOT BE INGESTED WITH SOUR FRUITS.FOR INSTANCE,IF LEMON JUICE OR TOMATOES ARE ADDED TO DAL,THE ACID IN THESE FRUITS CAUSE A DIMINUTION IN THE SECRETION OF DIGESTIVE JUICES,REDERING DIGESTION LESS EFFICIENT.
IDEAL DAILY SCHEDULE OF ALIMENATION
1.EARLY MORNING : LEMON JUICE IN A GLASS OF WATER.PEOPLE SUFFERING FROM COLD SHOULD TAKE JUICE IN WARM WATER.NO SUGAR,SALT OR HONEY MUST BE ADDED.
2. 8.30 TO 9.30 IN THE MORNING :FRUITS OR FRUIT JUICE;BANANAS,DATES,RAISINS,DRY FRUIT AND SIMILAR NUTRITIOUS FOODS MAY ALSO BE TAKEN.
3.LUNCH :BEGIN WITH HALF A CUP OF THE UNCOOKED JUICE OF LEAFY VEGETABLES,OR A CUP OF SOUP OF SUCH VEGETABLES.THIS CAN BE FOLLOWED BY SOME GERMINATED PULSES,SOME RAW VEGETABLES,AND IF DESIRED SOME SWEET SOUR FRUITS (ALL TO BE MASTICATED WELL).THE MEAL MAY BE CONCLUDED WITH WHEAT CHAPATIES AND BOILED VEGETABLES.RICE CAN BE SUBSTITUTED FOR THE CHAPATIES.
4. 3.00 TO 4.00 IN THE AFTERNOON :FRUITS OR FRUIT JUICE.
5.DINNER : AS FOR LUNCH,EXCEPT THAT THE UNCOOKED JUICE OF VEGETABLES SHOULD BE OMITTED.THE CHAPATIES MAY BE MADE FROM OTHER CEREALS.PEOPLE ENDOWED WITH ROBUST HEALTH AND STRONG DIGESTION MAY OCCASIONALLY EVEN TAKE KHICHDI;OR A SMALL BOWL OF DAL WITH RICE AT LUNCH OR DINNER.
