Weight Loss Tips




Your behavior mainly depends upon the Weight that you possess. Weight is s thing that you need to control. Its should neither  be too high so that It becomes a disease and risk to your heart and body nor it should be too low to make you very weak. There are few tips that I am writing here to maintain your body weight. 

(1) Food intake: You should control the amount and quality of the food that you are taking in. It should be very low in calorie intake. It has to be in limits that you can digest. If you take more than you can burn off then it goes on accumulate in your body as a fat. This can lead to increase in your body weight. This fat also goes on accumulate in your veins restricting flow of blood causing heart attack also.

(2) Eat at regular interval of time: People often think that by dieting that can reduce their weight. On the contrary one should try to have at least 4-5 meals in a day to keep their metabolism in a better way.

(3) Add fruits and vegetable in your diet. Fruits and vegetables are rich source of fiber and water in them. They also contain vitamins which are essential in one’s diet for healthy life. So fruits should be taken in plenty. They contain fiber also which makes your stomach fuller and you tend to eat less. Likewise salads and vegetables also are rich source of fiber, vitamins and minerals. They also contain water so they should also be added in the daily meals. 

(4)Water :
Water in universally found in the nature. Our body is also made up of 75% of water. Water is essential in flushing out the toxins from our body. We should try to take water in a plain form. Other form of water can also be taken like juice etc.

(5) Exercise: Adding a little bit of exercise in your daily routine can do wonders to your life. If not heavy then just do light form of exercise like walking, climbing stairs etc. Doing yoga and palates can also be done for peace of mind and building body stamina. Most importantly it is patience with the help of which we can reach any goal of weight loss.
