EAT LESS TO LIVE LONGER
Since the ancient times, from the age of saints, it has been thought that the magnitude of food intake directly influences the life span. Lesser the quantity of food intake –longer one can live. In the earlier days, many saints continue to live even after completing a century. If the amount of food and the quality of food is analysed, it is drastically different from what we eat today!
Those days, the saints and even a common man rely almost mostly on natural foods that are inherently only organic in nature. All the vegetables and fruits that are taken are almost raw or cooked very minimally to conserve the nutrients. A very little quantity is consumed either once in a day or twice maximum. Food is not consumed for satiating the taste buds those days but is taken for filling the stomach.
During the day to day chores very little amount of food is utilised by the body to burn them to energy. The rest of the intake is stored in the body as fats or the adipose layer. When no extra efforts are made to burn those stored fats they get collected in various body parts and can cause obesity. Eating little food on the other hand provides the body only the required amount of calorie and there is no risk of fat deposition.
Researches have proved sternly that the fat deposition in the body has a direct influence on the lifespan of a person. These fat deposits cause clumping of the fat globules to form a big fat molecule. These again combine to form fat tissues. Excessive fat deposition in and around the internal organs can drastically affect the proper functioning of the organs. Most of the time the impaired function can drastically slay one’s life!
Any cooking rich in fat, sugary foods, high starchy foods can risk the person to obesity, high cholesterol, heart diseases, and malfunction or organ function failure. All these can subsequently lead to the bereavement of a person! Natural foods on the other hand like raw vegetables or boiled vegetables and fruits have very insignificant level of fat content to damage the body.
Eating to the body needs on the other hand can keep one young for a longer period of time. Being active can only reduce a lot of health risks and no organ letdown! Any one can live life to the fullest only if he chooses to be. God has his own way of taking lives, why should humans interfere in his business!
