How To Unlock your Intuition
We begin to gain knowledge from the first day of our birth. It is this invisible knowledge which in other words may be called Intuition.
Intuition is hence within each and every one of us and is also referred to as sixth sense, gut feeling or a hunch. It cautions us against potential dangers in life and is a Natural Process. We do not have to struggle to learn it. All we need to do is recognize it and let it converse to us.
Our first baby step towards unlocking our Intuition is a better understanding of our intellectual capabilities. Obstacles such as shyness, introvism tend to dissolve once an individual is able to trust his/her instincts thus carving a path for more confidence, less stress and enhanced creativity.
Pursuing our Intelligence - Many still wonder why the Great Albert Einstein and various other scientists were more intelligent than a normal human. The simple fact remains that they all followed their instinct. How else would great scientists create a successful formula if they hadn't experimented in the first place. Intelligence is within us and we are much more superior to animals. It is this quality which makes us distinctive so why suppress and underestimate our already available Knowledge? Our Intelligence requires nurturing and that nurturing needs to be put in practice in every day life, soon you will able to rely on your Instincts alone with or without verification of facts.
Pursuing our Likeness- You may like to do something such as singing or dancing. It is within these creative and lovable pursuits that our instinct is more evident and works overtime to keep our creativity flowing. You may notice that prominent piano players always know which keys to hit right similarly a passionate singer knows which notes attract his audience. Instincts are naturally within us all but scattered and distracting thoughts make us ignore the valuable insight we receive from our brain.
The SEDONA Method- Some Enthusiasts prefer fire-starting their institution skills by using the globally common and easily accessible SEDONA method. In brief, this procedure aims at unlocking your masked and suppressed Mental problems, accelerating your spiritual growth and/ or eliminating stress. It involves a series of questions structured around the root of the problem such as trauma, fear, paranoia, etc. These problems are held within the subconscious sector of our brain and if unchecked resurface in our lives leading us to succumb to weakness.
Listening to our Heart-
Our heart is in sync with our brain and to develop an intuition, we need to predictably learn to react in the correct manner to expected situations and our mind in return is ready to give out the same signal responses in unexpected situations. Our Heart is in coherence with our Brain. If we have a warm and caring heart and repeatedly react to situations in a comprehensive, open-minded, predictable and practical way, our Brain stores these actions within its memory centre. Thus we are able to instinctively know how to proceed in an similar expected or unexpected situation, by the messages stored in our brain. On the other hand, if we are unspontaneous and unpredictable towards situations, our brain registers the same in its memory panel and our mind remains confused and disoriented, not enabling us to respond to any given situation, foreseen or otherwise in a positive manner.
Your Brain Needs Rest too- Our bodies require rest and so do our minds. It is in this relaxed mode that our mind is able to converse to us. So in order to receive information from our intellectual hub, we need to stress-free our surroundings and our minds. Think and talk to yourself when you have less-worrisome tasks at hand. Relay thoughts to your brain and it will in all likeness respond back. Don't try to block the feedback or ignore it, instead trust your intelligence and let your brain speak for you.
Accessing Instinctive Actions- If you are think that all those random thoughts in your head are gibberish, consider noting down the actions taken as a result of your Gut instincts. You can also check the accuracy of perceived thoughts and reciprocated answers. In addition note some Intuition Tasks down such as your future plans or some decisions you are unsure about and then let your imagination flow. Take a walk, go sight-seeing or simply take a short stroll after a heavy meal and think about your agendas. It is in these quiet and serene surroundings that you are more likely to listen to your thoughts.
Remember that Intuition does not force or Order you, instead it puts forward some options for consideration. All we have to do is choose the best answer.
