  SLEEP early and sleep well.As your Granny might have told "An hours sleep before midnight is worth several after that".Sleep deprivation shows on your face and it affects the metabolic and endocrinal hormones.It is obvious that a night of good rest and sleep will wake you up fresh and with a lasting energy day long.
 SUDDEN and VIGOROUS  EXERCISE  has the potential to damage the heart or lead to a stroke.So take it slowly and increase the tempo day by day making exercise stress free and enjoyable.
  DO NOT BE OBSESSED WITH YOUR LOOKS.No one else looks at your face as closely as you.So instead of fretting about the crows feet and wrinkles think about the pleasures of life and feel positive.Regular exercise and a vitamin supplement should be a part of the routine.Life is to be lived and so have an optimistic and flexible mindframe.Smile often and laugh a lot.Forgive,forget and do not breed resentment.
EAT Correctly.Do not ban yourself from food as a skinny look highlights the wrinkles.Nor should you be over weight.Take a lot of immune boosters ;that is food with vitamins A,B,C, E ,zinc ,iron and calcium.Feel free to treat yourself sometimes.For example an occasional glass of beer is beneficial in preventing Alzheimers..Ice cream is lower in fat than cream and chocolate and contains vitamin A,Riboflavin,Vvitamin B12 and calcium.But cut down on sweets.
BE MENTALLY ACTIVE.Do not let your brain be inert.Indulge in stimulating discussions,reading and play mentally challenging games like soduku or chess.
SAY NO TO 'NEGATIVITY'.Your body often reflects your thoughts or words.So make sure to use more good words than bad .Just ignore if someone says"you look tired".Impatience leads to mistakes and cynicism makes you suspicious and angry.
WATER is precious.So replenish your body with atleast 8 glasses of water.Water is a lubricant ,helps in circulation and aids in digestion.Plumped up skin looks younger than dehydrated dry skin.Slow down on coffee as it causes sleepelessness and nervousness.
 It only takes 3 weeks to develop a new habit and have healthier and younger looking you,says experts..SO why not start today?
