Easy tips for slimming:

1. Avoid eating foods that contain coconut milk.

2. Rubbing whiting and lime in the stomach, at bedtime.

3. Drinking ginger + turmeric that has been burned, and then given a warm water, then drink at bedtime.

4. Drink decoction of leaves of teak:
Take 20 pieces of teak leaves, clean up, then cut into pieces jatinya leaves, boiled with 3 cups of water up into two glasses. after boiling it cool, strain, drink 2x a day.
add brown sugar as a sweetener.
