heart diseases have just entered the Indian doorways.The diseases which were earlier prone to men are now also causing an alarming sign for women .Females who are nearing or are in their forties and have grown
fat should be more cautious of their health.They are prone to the hazard of developing heart disease or diabetes.According to Linda Johnson (Trenton)the women who are fat and have completed half a fourscore could be the victim of diabetes especially if there is a family history of diabetes .Diabetes does not show any particular or prominent symptoms so few people realize it developing in there body during middle age.Pre diabetes is a growing problem
nowadays not only in men but also in women nowadays .Over weight and obesity might be a result of diabetes growing in their body.So if one has the history of heart disease and diabetes one should correct his diet plan .By taking healthy diet one can prevent the nations top most listed diseases.According to the National Women’s
health resource Centre (America)we should create awareness among women about these diseases .Women around the menstrual cessation or the menopausal period should take good care of their health and diet because menopause creates some hormones which add fats around the waistline and make women and men disfigured. If the waistline becomes more than 34 inches it is a cause of an incoming dilemma.
Fat building is a serious symptom.It may also build around the liver an other essential organs subjecting them to insulin resistance ,a condition in which insulin no longer no longer can inject enough glucose into body’s cells for fuel
According to Dr Katz who is the co founder of Yale prevention research Centre (America). He is also the author of several books regarding weight control . As the blood sugar rises the blood pressure also rises and the body’s compensatory phenomenon fails .Body becomes more prone to diabetes and heart diseases.
These two diseases are spreading rapidly in America and have entered the Indian system nowadays.In India diabetes was not a problem in the olden days but in the recent times due to excessive tensions, workload ,pollution and lack of exercise the diseases have started spreading faster.
