With the rapidly growing movement it has shown that exercise can make people smarter. Researchers have coaxed the human brain into growing new nerve cells , simply by putting subjects on a three-months aerobics-workout regimen. There have been instances that have shown that vigorous exercise can cause older nerve cells to form dense interconnected webs that make the brain run faster and more efficiently. Physical activity can stave off the beginnings of Alzheimer’s disease ,ADHD and other cognitive disorders .People have been slow to grasp that exercise can really affect cognition .The mental effects of exercise are more profound than once thought .With the passage of time we are having incite into how exercise affects moods: it decreases anxiety ,improves sleep way to keep our mind and body healthy .It is always considered to be a pleasant and a perfect exercise since ages. I have been taking morning walks for the last five years and have found it of great advantage. I have acquired the habit of rising early and find the days longer .Now I can do more work than I did before. I am active and fit throughout the day. I recommended this mode of exercise to one and all it is the cheapest and the most convenient way of taking exercise. One should always remember that doing exercise is not a Herculean task ,instead it keeps our mind and body healthy .Men of healthy constitution can alone do a useful work.
