Shows two kinds of aromatherapy oils which are base and essential oils
Essential oils are generally not used concentrated
as it maybe too powerful to use directly on the skin. Base oil is used to dilute the essential oils. There are different kinds of base oils such as sesame oil, almond oil, apricot kernel oil and wheat germ oil. Although they are basically base oil there are some differences such as which are suited for dry, oily, normal skin. Essential oils are oils such as lavender, eucalyptus, chamomile, lemon grass, peppermint, geranium, rosemary and tea tree. Each with a different of a bit similar usage for substitution…
It contains a lot of descriptions for each oil such as where they could be found, history, properties and uses. Overall it contains recipes for the cure of head and back aches, jetlag, nausea, fever, fainting, fish bites even cure for simple cold or chapped lips. This can be quite useful to solve many problems beset in everyday life.
