FAR AS POSSIBLE RESERVE A SMALL ROOM OR A SPECIALLY PREPARED PLACE.

PRACTICES HELP ONE TO FEEL THE PRESENCE OF GOD. AFTER ENTERING THE
CHAPEL SIT COMFORTABLY AND KEEP THE BODY QUITE STRAIGHT WITH THE
HEAD,NECK AND CHEST IN THE SAME LINE . THE BREATHING EXERCISE CALLED
PRANAYAMA IS VERY USEFUL FOR CONCENTRATION. YOU MUST BREATH IN AND OUT
VERY REGULARLY AT HE SAME TIME RHYTHM SO IF YOU BREATH IN FOR FOUR
SECONDS ,YOU MUST BREATH OUT FOR ANOTHER FOUR SECONDS , ALWAYS GENTLY.
IF A MASTER HAS TAUGHT YOU ANOTHER FORM OF BREATHING YOU CAN PRACTICE
IT BUT THIS EXERCISE MUST NOT LAST FOR MORE THAN FIVE MINUTES. ALL THIS
MAKES MEDITATION EASIER.OFFER HOMAGE TO YOUR SPIRITUAL GUIDE WITH THE THOUGHT THAT IT IS THE LORD HIMSELF WHO HAS SPOKEN THROUGH THIS GUIDE.OFFER HOMAGE TO THE CHOSEN IDEAL AND TO ALL THE GREAT PROPHETS WHO HAVE COME TO GUIDE HUMAN BEINGS TOWARDS THE LIGHT.SEND
