Walking has been a new found pleasure for me. Those extra minutes I spent in the early morning on my king sized bed showed its result as a vulgar tummy which obstructed my view to the ground. Exercise was something I hated so much, but then I felt a need for change. Getting up at 5:30 am was an achievement in itself .I don’t recollect doing that even in my public exam days. sweat a lot by this time which is good not only because it burns calories but it’s going to be your evidence back home that you had really worked out. Drinking water is a no no for at least an hour. I don’t have to make an effort for this since our refrigerator would just have empty bottles in it in the morning. Try this out seriously,coz it's proved that walking actually does wonders to your body and mind.There's nothing like a walk on the wet earth which hundreds of treadmill walking won't give you .I still walk although my target still seems distant.After all I need to watch my steps...
