SAUCE WITH GARLIC

- 3 small cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1 yolk
- 1 cup oil
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. 3 small cloves garlic we must grind (pound), we next add 1 teaspoons dry mustard, 1yolk , add some salt or pepper to taste. Exactly to grate, add
(a few drop) 1 cup oil, up to get sauce about consistency of mayonnaise. And ready. Bon appetit!
SAUCE WITH GARLIC (in a different way)

- 60 gram almounds,
- 6 small cloves garlic,
- 2 slices of bread,
- 1 cup oil,
- 2 teaspoons orange or lemon juice (zest),
At first we must to blanch 60 gram almonds, next to peel 6 small cloves garlic, combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan ( pound the almonds and garlic into a paste). Next to soak 2 slices of bread in milk. Almonds, garlic and bread pound. When we pound, we must add in turns: 2 yolk, (a few drop) -1 cup oil, 2 teaspoons orange or lemon juice and add some salt to taste. Bon appetit!
