we like herbs cooking,but feeling just a taste,interest in advices for right use,and useful.

but much coffein having in glass tea is having 0.55 gr,like in pill for fight headache,but coffein tea more often that a coffeine coffe,but avoud in over-drink.
thus a most useful use tea herbal,berry balsams ,like useful for heart,vitamins,strenthens vessels.
wash tea pot,infuse,serve,thus your quests will be add tea in cup.
hypericum perforatum dry cuting heb 3 part,coltsfoot 3,mint 2.5,origanum 2.5,cammomile 2,corn stigmas 2,hibiscus fruits 1.5,crataegus 1,valeriana 1,eucaliptus 0.5.
8 parts tea and 2 parts herbs mass ,cook tea balsam,like tea.sp.in glass hot water.
tea pot add hot water for 2/3 his size,close,infuse 15 min,add hot water.
thus all coffein,tannins forms in solution.
warm use,adding sugar,honey,in repeat warm and keep fight vitamin c,for time use 2 glasses and not more.
250 gr tea 2 tbl.sp.add dry herb hyper.perforatum,1 tbl.sp.thyme,root valeriana,useful in cold,sudorific.
a same balsams is drink in hypotonia,like astenia,tonic,after diseases,aterosclerosis,2 level hypertension .
leafs black currant,red cooking tea useful if you needing in vitamin c.
