If the body is healthy, immune capacity is good, then the question

The reason cited is the increase immunity with the intake spices like turmeric, cumin, and ginger. Those work as exceptional therapeutic agents and increase the immunity in the body, reported RIA Novosti. Russian doctors have opined the benefits of these spices comparing the normal over the counter medicines we generally procure. Other natural food materials they have suggested to take on daily basis are raw onion and garlic.
In Russia, the seasonal influenza spreads quickly, and the addition of Swineflu in that is the daunting task for the authorities to tackle the problem. The authorities on the other hand, are stressing more on prevention than the cure. For that, they are providing masks to prevent the virus from spreading and are putting attention on the vaccination part. Trials on vaccine are on and the authorities expect to start the program by the end of second week of November.
