Diet according to blood type
The choice of food has been narrowed down by the factor of blood group. Why this has been done? Experts say food items would work better on individual if those are selected according to one’s blood group. Blood Group diet that they say is useful to increase the energy levels and preventing illness if followed by matching the blood group.
Does this formula work? According to some celebrities, who follow this principle are in the positive opinion about this. Singer Cheryl Tweedy is on the blood group diet for a long time and she believes in it 100 percent. Other Hollywood celebrities such as Demi Moore, Liz hurley, Hugh Grant and others too opine positively in regards to blood group diet.
It is not tough to understand that specific diet for a particular body would work better than general diet, since our body compositions are different. We know certain medicines create problem for certain people, because they are allergic to those medicine. Therefore, the blood diet is effective must be true. Brief information about types of foods to be taken is given below as per the blood group.
‘O’ Group: This group is said to be in the category of high achievers and hunters. Their food items should be the same like their ancestors. High proteins foods like lean meats and fish in good quantities have been suggested for this group. They should refrain from eating dairy products.
‘B’ Group: Balanced diet with moderation is the type of this group. For them meat, fish, coffee, vegetables, and wheat are the recommended food items. Processed food items are not in the list of these people’s diet.
‘A’ Group: It is understood that this group evolved after the ‘O’ group, hence was more in farming than hunting. Foods like vegetables, whole-meal, nuts, pasta, cereals, and fruits are good for them. Meat is not recommended, but they can eat in little quantity occasionally. Avoid dairy products and too much meat is the suggestion. ‘AB’ Group: This group is the combination of group A and B. therefore, they are entitled to eat the foods of both A group and B group. Meat is the restricted item, but can eat rarely.
