Last year we, five friends had a tour to ‘hill track’ district Bandarban. We started our journey at midnight. On the eve of the journey our friend Rajib met with us. He requested us to bring ‘honey’ for him from there.

As He is a married man, he was searching something that boosts his erecting time. He believes pure honey is very effective to increase sex power. Generally it is believed that honey is useful to cure flu, to increase stamina, to internal purifying etc.

Besides honey we have a lot of herbs to cure and to keep our body fit. Let’s expose some best herbs ever.

# 1.Aloe Vera:

This North African and Mediterranean succulent plant grows easily in warm and dry climate or even indoor. It is used more than 5000 years for healing benefits. Aloe leaves are used externally to treat rashes, burns, heal wounds and to reduce inflammation. Internally herbalists allot aloe juice to treat arthritis, irritable bowel and occasional constipation.

# 2.Chamomile:

This chrysanthemum family’s small and flowering plant grows well both indoors and out in well-drained soil and with average sunlight. It is use cure for fevers, indigestion, nervous disorders, headaches, insomnia, anxiety, menstrual cramps and colic. It is considered safe for children as its effects are modest. Normally it is used as an herbal tea.

Echinaceaor purple coneflower grows across North America. Native American used it and it is still a popular herb in United States today. Various studies recommend that Echinacea holds chemical components that boost the immune system, reduce inflammation, relieve pain, and have antiviral and an antioxidant effect. Eastern cuisines use turmeric herb. This spice gives curry golden color. Curcumin is the active ingredient in turmeric which is naturally anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant. Herbalists use it to treat arthritis, cancer, and kidney stones. Its anti-carcinogenic also helps lower cholesterol.

This flowering plant is native to Europe and North America. Naturally sedative, gently analgesic and hypotensive , means that it helps lowering the blood pressure. Valerian is used to treat insomnia, anxiety, fibromyalgia, blood pressure and hyperactivity in children.

Milk thistle can be used as both food and medicine. It is regarded as a blood purifier. Herbalists use it to treat liver disorders kind of infectious conditions. Naturally it is anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory and anti-viral. It helps the liver to repair and protect from the abusive effects of alcohol, drugs, heavy metals and other chemicals.
