This is a cookbook
all about sprouts and sprouting. The author known as the Sproutman has cooked up an array of sprouting recipes and also teaches us how to grow sprouts. He has also invented his own unique Sprouthouse that you can order from the Sproutman along with sprouting seeds and other sprouting items. Some of his recipes are Sprout Bread, Sweet Potato Raisin Sprout Bread, Basic Rye Bread, Sproutman''s Onion Rye, German Rye Crisps, etc. There are also recipes for sprouted cookies, salt alternatives, non-dairy yoghurt, juices, snacks such as Natural Sesame Halvah, and non-dairy ice creams. The appendix includes a Sprout Chart, a food personality chart, a sample daily diet for the Sproutarian, and a nutrients in sprouts chart. Eat your sprouts!
