Richardson . who died recently as a result of a private ski lesson in Canada as a result of a fall on the ski slopes ... she should have been wearing a helmut! However, she it was discovered in an autopsy she sustained .... blunt injury to the head! Which meant that she was brain injured I guess in translation! Natasha Richardson was flown home to New York from Canada to be with family and friends where she later died as a result of her injuries.
