It’s my first article and I want to share something very
quickly!

all about BEAUTY!!
What is beauty according to you??
Beauty lies inside a person according to me but for the
society they only see the person outside! I was personally a victim of this bad
flaw. When I was a small girl I used not to take care of my skin .I used to go
at my grand mother place during holidays. Once a man(a religions man) ask me why
I came at his place and he don’t like dark skin persons to visit his place. I
always remember these words as they were very hurtful.
So we will have to maintain our look and skin so that the
society appreciate both our inner and outer beauty. True beauty is beyond just
maintaining a beautiful
complexion and looking healthy through cosmetics.
Some people do not have any problem with their complexion while
others want to have a nourishing skin.
True beauty can never be defined as it depends on different
individuals.
Well well because of this I have decided to share small tips
with everyone!!
Well girls and guys simple recipes to have a fair and
glowing complexion take yogurt (plain without sugar) and add some turmeric either
fresh or dry powder and apply for 10 minutes as a face pack. You will have a
glowing skin.
Some more tips:
Drink lots of water daily (8 glasses approximately)
Regular exercise helps to supply more oxygen to your skin
cells
Cleanse, tone and moisturize your skin twice daily (in the
morning and at night)
Eat a balanced diet (avoid oily food and excessive
consumption of chocolates)
Do not stress yourself
Think always positive
Life astonishes us day by day. Why not we work together to
show our young little ones how to have a safe and cooperative living?? So that
we no longer hear this word of materialistic, selfishness and so on. We must be
able to pass values to our younger ones.
