How to loose your weight
First thing is you should make a goal and than devote your self to attain results. Focus on your BMI. This will give you a better idea of your progress rather than weighing yourself. Change your eating habits for good. Not just until August. Without healthy eating habits you are wasting your time. Your body needs to adjust to low fat eating. Stick to foods low in fat and almost no saturated fat, whole grains, a lot of fruits and vegetables, low fat protein (fish, yogurt, soy, beans), and replace butter and mayo with olive oil. Don't eat fried or fast food. Combine this with your workouts (I only do push ups, sit ups, chin ups and pull ups). When you BMI decrease you know your losing the fat.
