Secret No.3: Once
you have identified your feeling deal with it directly and appropriately .
Okay, before you
get your knickers all twisted into knots, stop, take a deep breath, and reflect
on this statement. If you are tired, take
a nap. If your are restless, find something interesting to do. If you are
hungry eat. Don’t wait too long to start eating . Waiting too long may trigger off a bingeing session. Remember
to eat reasonably well or rather eat healthily. Choose to eat non-fat, simple
carbohydrate food or chew on nuts or beans. But eat slowly. Be aware that the
feelings of ‘fullness’ would usually be transmitted to our brains after a full
20 minutes time lapse.
