dieses We all know that diabetes is the

killer
. Diabetes is a disorder of the human body that is characterized by elevated blood sugar level. Mainly two types of diabetes are commonly present in the world. First type of diabetes is
insulin
dependent diabetes, also called as "Juvenile diabetes". Most of the children get this type of diabetes. It''s usually starts in young, adult children and teenagers. Diabetes is a life long disese.once it is diagnosed; it can not be properly cured but can be kept under control so it is called "Juvenile". Type-I diabetes has few symptoms like increased thirst and urination,
weight
loss or increased appetite, vomiting, abdominal pain and fatigue etc. Disabilities like blindness, amputation of limbs, kidney failure etc. are problems directly related with diabetes. This type of diabetes comprises of almost 10% of total cases in North America and Europe. When your body does not properly use or create insulin, a hormone produced by pancreas, type II diabetes can be the reason. It is also known as Diabetes Mellitus. This is related with obesity, hypertension, elevated cholesterol, and metabolic syndrome. This diabetes creates complications with heart, kidney eyes and nerves. The people, who are over weight, who have a family history of diabetes, pregnant women with
gestational
diabetes and people, who are up to 40 years of age, are prone to type II diabetes. Most of people from the world suffered from this type of diabetes. There is also a third type of diabetes which is not well known. That is gestational diabetes. It is mostly found in pregnant women. It is also known as Gestational Diabetes Mellitus (GDM). In gestational diabetes glucose is not transferred into energy. Glucose increases the level of sugar in the blood and it creates complications for the pregnant woman and her unborn baby. Medication of type I diabetes could only be subcutaneous injection or inhalation of insulin. The second type of diabetes is mostly treated by adjusting diet, exercise and weight loss in case of over weight patients. The insulin injections are useful for type III diabetes also. Diabetes needs some care to keep it under control. You should always live a healthy and active life style. Exercise is beneficial for all the people but more important for the diabetic patients. This helps to control their blood sugar level and also the overall health. To keep the diabetes in control one should check up the blood and urine sugar level regularly, maintain oral hygiene, never stop medication prescribed and control body weight. There should be a regular check up of eyes, heart, chest and kidney once in a year. A diabetic patient should not marry with another diabetic person because this may be harmful to their next generation. Diet plays a major role in diabetes. The patient should always avoid oily, fried and spicy food and try to reduce fat in the diet. Such patients must take fruits and green vegetables daily in their food. Vegetables like celery, bitter melon, onion, garlic, artichoke and spinach can decrease the severity of diabetes. Write your abstract here.
