Chinese Herbs Effective in Easing Cramps of Menstrual Cycle
According to a study of nearly 3500 women in many countries that Chinese herbs might be more effective than medicines, or Chinese acupuncture or heat pressure to the alleviate cramps of menstrual cycle.
The periodic "Kotcherin Library" that resides in Australia, researchers said that herbs not only relieve pain but also reduce the likelihood of a repetition of the situation over a period for three months.
