Preservative causing hyperactivity, aggressiveness and lack of attention in children
A study conducted by researchers from the University of Southampton, UK that some preservatives and food color in the increase of aggression and hyperactivity and non-attention in children.
The study was conducted by the newspaper (Le Monde) French on two sets of children, the first group aged in about three years, in the second group of 8 to 9 years, where they was placed under observation for a week where they were drinking some juice contains articles on the color, each containing 45 mg of the Benzueic acid (E. 211), while the juices do not contain any other colored materials.
Assessment of the behavior of children from a number of directions shows that, children who drank juices containing Benzueic acid, they have a high degree of hyperactivity and aggressive compared to other children.
Researchers said that, there are doubts about the rule for years Benzueic acid, but there is a need for further studies to determine the impact and extent of harm to the health of children.
