Nuts better validity of the arteries than having the olive oil
A study conducted by researchers from the Spanish "Barcelona hospital," that eating nuts better
validity of the
arteries than having the olive oil.
The study published in French newspaper (Lu Santeh) on 24 non-smokers person and had got normal weight, but half of them suffering from high level of cholesterol.
The participants followed a period a diet for two weeks, where, they having foods rich in fiber, fruit and vegetables, but little meat and fat, with half of them dealt with 40 grams of nuts, while the other half dealt with five spoons of olive oil per day. When examining the arteries of the tests involved the use of ultrasound, the results show that the olive oil and walnuts, reduced the generation of inflammation and oxidation, but the deal with walnuts maintained flexibility of blood vessels, which did not happen to take up the olive oil.
Study showed that these beneficial effects of nuts may be due to "alpha Lenoleniec acid" which is similar to the "Omega 3 fatty acid" in the fish.
