      Cycling   is one of the best forms  of exercise say experts, mainly for 
  those  who do not want to  opt  for complex  workouts. With  the leaders  of our country on an austerity  derive, several fitness buffs are following  suit  and are opting to cycle  to keep fit rather than  sweating it out in fancy  gyms. 
     Cycling  ,  according  to fitness  experts, is a great way to get  a  cardio  workout for the entire  body.
Recently  it was  reported  that Bollywood  hunk  Akshay  Kumar  ,  to  stay  in shape  ,  cycles  to his shooting  spot  every day-   which  taking  whooping  two  hours !
     According  to  fitness  experst  Arun  KR,  Maverick   fitness  studio,  Cycling is a good form  of  workout  if done  with  proper  intensity  ,  otherwise  it ceases to  be  an exercise  and can be termed just as  activity, like  climbing stairs, gardening etc.  It is  a good  Cardio  vascular  exercise, which is especially beneficial  for  one's  heart .
   So,  from  this  we  learnt  that  ,Cycling  is  a  good  cardio vascular  exercise  for  the  body .
