Circumcision protects against AIDS

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) recommended the circumcision as efficient method in the fight against
AIDS proliferation and suggested that governments, especially in countries that have high taxes of AIDS among the heterosexuals people, the possibility to offer gratuitously this service in hospitals.  This method will be able to prevent the contaminations of 5,7 million people.  NIH suggests the practical to the countries of the African continent, therefore it is in Africa that it is find more 20 million people contaminated for the illness. By the NIH calculations, 30% of the adult men are circumcision, in part for hygiene or for religious, as in case of Jews and Islamic people. When is removed the penis skin, the possibility of a man to contract HIV falls a lot in the relations with infected women. It was verified that in regions of Africa where took place the circumcision the number of infected men is less 60% than the regions where didn´t. But NIH advises that homosexuals people couldn´t be benefited themselves with the adoption of this method.
