to select field personnel.

· Must be organized sufficiently to supervise interviewers and maintain data integrity
· Must be a dependable worker

· Must be able to accurately audit completed questionnaires
· Should have supervisory experience
The following types of individuals could be potential candidates:
· Project and partner staff
· Midwives
· Nurses
· Students from health and sanitation schools
· University students
· Medical Auxiliary students
· Staff from partner PVOs/NGOs
· MOH staff
· Allied health sector personnel—hospital or clinic staff, etc.
· Community based workers and/or volunteers
· Other individuals with previous interviewing experience in the project area

Must be able to establish rapport easily
Must work well as part of a team
