Vitamin Of Air
Studies show that we receive 56% of our ENERGY from the AIR we breathe, more than from water and food combined.
On average we breathe in 81.4 kilos (37 pounds) of air, the equivalent of an Olympic sized swimming pool EACH DAY!
Breathing pure clean Air not only keeps us alive but also allows us to think more clearly, sleep more soundly, and stay healthier.
The environment we live in today has far more sources of positive ions than in the past, creating an electrical imbalance in the air. These surplus Positive Ions are produced by various human activities and electrical appliances; e.g. TV''s, radios, transmitters, radar systems, computers, high-voltage networks, heating and cooling systems, car exhaust and cigarette fumes, all of which are contributing reasons for the deterioration of our physical and emotional well being
In nature Negative Ions are created by means of wind, sunlight, surf, waterfalls and rainstorms and as such, negative ions can be found in their billions on mountain tops, waterfalls and by the sea. They give the air its invigorating freshness, which is so good for us, they are the unseen " Vitamin of Air"
Scientific measurements have shown that the number of negative ions decreases to 20% of the recommended ratio in a closed room containing several people.
In fresh country air we find up to 4000 negative ions per cubic centimeter - the size of a sugar cube. Near strong surf or close to a waterfall up to 10,000 negative ions can be found. The number of negative ions that can be measured in most major cities at rush hour does not even reach 100.
Benefits of Negative Ions
Air consists of many electrically charged particles (positively, negatively charged or neutral particles).
Generally, a negative ion is an electronically charged molecule made up of oxygen.
A positive ion in the air is a molecule that has lost its electrons through the process of air pollution and other environmental causes.
The quality of the air we breathe depends on the kind of electrical charge and concentration of the ions.
Wherever negative ions are found, naturally occurring or artificially produced, they have been shown to produce extraordinary results. Some of these include:
1. Stress as well as increased alertness. The greater level of alertness can translate into improved learning, improved well being and enhanced human performance on mental tasks.
2. Dilation of the air passageways and improvement in the cleansing action of the lungs, heart rate, blood pressure, and metabolic rate. i.e. Increasing the body''s ability to use the oxygen in the air and making it easier to breathe
3. Mentally, one can experience a sense of exhilaration, or become more relaxed and mildly tranquilized.
4. Hay fever and asthma symptoms may improve through the increase in the lung''s ability to get rid of pollutants as well as the boosting of IgA that helps fight bacteria.
5. Tumor growth was shown to be slowed in laboratory animals .
6. Rats learned twice as fast. (this is particularly useful info for all those parents and friends of slow learning rodents.) Increased rate and quality of growth in plants and in animals.
Positively charged air, on the other hand, produced the opposite responses and tends to be associated with :
Breathing difficulties, Headaches, Anxiety, Depression, Dizziness, Nausea, Fatigue, Blood Pressure, etc..............................TO BE CONTINUED.....Showing the cheapest and affordable amazing fresh air producing natural elements (Available in every house) with its procedure to use etc.-
