Are you scared of H1N1 Virus...try this ancient way to protect yourself from this killer virus;
1- Daily pluck up 4-5
leaves from Tulsi (also known as Holy Basil), wash it and have it.Tulsi makes our immunity system strong.
2- Take a mug of hot milk and put 1 Table Spoon of Turmeric and have it. This remedy gives our body-cells resistance power against viral and bectirial attacks.
3- Citrus fruits like Orange, Lemon, Tomato etc. provides resistance against germs and virus.
4- Take Honey and Lemon in luke warm water in the morning.
5- If you know Pranayam do Kapalbhati atleast for 10 minutes in a day. It throws out all the toxins from our body and increases resistance power.
6-Practicing other pranayams along with Kapalbhati. This will keep your body, mind and soul rejuvenated by circulating oxygen to each and every cell of your body.
7-If you are not a Yoga practitioner then go for morning jog, take fresh oxygen and rejuvenate your body, mind and soul.
Precaution is better than cure. Have a Happy and Healthy Life.
