What is Aerobics Exercise?

level much lower than that of a marathoner.The marathoner will fatigue ultimately,due to the fact that his or her energy expenditure is 12-15 times above your basal,or resting rate.And your resting heart and respiratory rates are not operating at a level high enough to place demands on the body,whereas in the manner,this is occuring.Such a high-demand response can occur from many types of aerobic exercise and together they are called the "training effect",or the positive physical changes that accompany aerobic exercise.Aerobic exercise characteristically involves covering long slow distances (L.S.P.) rather than short burst of speed.But once an "aerobic base"is built up through distance training,athletes who are engaged in anaerobic sports often find that their overall performance improves.
Aerobic exercise programs have the greatest impact on your cardiovascular fitness,and hence your total well-being.
