Currently, both conventional medicine and the latest advances in medical science, combining efforts to help the humans that populate the globe. From Asia, particularly China, some of his martial arts most revered and sought after as Tai Chi, are recorded as one of the main therapies for many patients suffering from any mental disorder.

Recent studies show that the therapeutic qualities of this martial art promote coordination, balance, flexibility and mobility of joints. But also enhance cognitive abilities and behavior. In fact, in the Management Unit of the Mental Health Clinic Regional Carlos Haya Hospital in Malaga, it has implemented since the middle of this year, and it works.
