A Doctor Can Turn Brown Eyes Blue

Feeling bored with the color of your sight? Tired of wearing and
wasting some money on contact lens? Don't worry! A doctor from California has got
the answer for those questions.

Dr Gregg Homer, from Stroma Medical in California, claims that he has
got a new device which is able to change the color of eyes. His new
device which is called lumineyes technology uses a laser tuned to a
specific frequency to turn brown eyes to blue. It only needs 20
seconds to undergo the procedure of eyeballs changing.

The doctor explains that the laser energy removes the brown pigment,
or melanin, from the top layer of the iris, and the blue eye colour
emerges over the following two to three weeks.

It's a great news for those who want to have lighter eyes without
putting and wasting money on contact lens. However, the device won't
be available soon. Despite having developed for over 10 years, this
new finding still needs further observation and Stroma Medical are
still conducting limited human testing to complete clinical trials.

Dr Gregg says that this device may be available inside US within three
years and outside US within 18 months if everything goes to plan. He
also said that to have color of eyes changing the patients may have to spend around £3,000.
