Today’s life is very frustrating and Relaxation is a must. If we are relax
it will create a good changes in our body and mind .We will have a proper
reduction in oxygen consumption, proper heart and respiratory rate, proper
blood pressure, proper blood cortisol levels, and proper muscle tension and it
will increase the production of our brain which leads to feelings of calmness
and well-being .

to facilitate the massage movements. It helps loosening tight muscles and
stretching connective tissue, calming the nervous system, stimulating blood
circulation , increasing muscle strength, speeding up healing from injury and
