Charbohydrate :- The best time to eat carbohydrate is just before or just after the work out.
Before ------
the carbohydrates will be burned rather than stored.
After -------- they won't convert into fat because they replenish glycogen stored for the intial hour or two after excercise. Thanks to an increase by making more protein available. High - intensity workouts demand more carbohydrates than the - intensity ones. If you are just going in to a ten minutes walk , keep the Carbohydrate low . or they will have a greater possibility of overflowing into fat.
So take precaustions from fat and enjoy your life as you wish. But remember carbohydrates is the main fact of FAT. So have a great fun with your life.
