Morning Oa Oa or Morning HappinessThis is the perfect breakfast if you desire the energy, need the vitamins and the protein
and enjoy the delight without inheriting the undesirable fat
You need:.1 cup orange juice .½ teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 cup plain non-fat yogurt.1 cup frozen or fresh strawberries
.1 banana
.4-6 ice cubes
Mix all the ingredients in your blender on high for 30 secondsadd the ice, and blend until ice is crushed.
Yields 2 serving with less than one gram of fat per serving.Drink it and enjoy life!
