HOW OFTEN SHOULD YOU WEIGH YOURSELF....
There''s a research that had been showing that daily weighing helps lower body weight,and helps to those who wants to loose weight and it is not linked to depression...
there benefits includes to those person who had a medical condition,like person who had congestive hearth failure...cause they are often advise to track there weight so they can detect fluid increases.
but unless the doctor didn''t told you to monitor your weight you don''t have to..the scale does''t tell you if your weight gain is from water,fat or muscle.
And don''t be obssesed in daily changes.
the bottom line: it is important to check your weight.One to two times per week may give you a better picture on the weight you desire...but more than that your obssessed...so watch out.
