  NOWADAYS, kids, teenagers and even adults prefer to eat junk foods than nutritious ones. But what it is in the junk foods that make us crazy? Is there any magic ingredients? Here are some truths behind packaged and canned processed foods.

FOOD SPYING:  
   In 1971, Michael Jacobson, executive director and co-founder,founded the center for Science in Public Interest (CSPI) in the United  States of America. He called himself the "food police" and make sure that junk foods are healthful and safe to eat.
   Jacobson and his team made sure that the nutrition labels live up to what they say. Often, he would go to a food stand and ask questions about the presence of oil in pasta and cream in the clam sauce.

FAT
  One of the ingredients in most junk foods which is considered seriously dangerous. The amount of cholesterol it contains can lead to heart disease as arteries get clogged with the substance. Another harmful substance is monosodium glutamate (MSG), a flovoring ingredient mostly found in Chinese foods.

SELF-CONTROL
   With our conscious effort, we may discover that olean can interface with the body''s absorption of nutrients found in fruits and vegetables (which can prevent heart disease). In fact, researchers indicate that olean can clean cause loose stools and abdominal cramps.
